Volunteer

Kidz Konnekt can provide individuals volunteering opportunities in a children and young people's setting which is fun, supportive, informative and rewarding.

Youth & Student Volunteers

Youth Volunteers will be given the opportunity to tackle issues that are important to young people through youth forums and youth parliament developing new skills and improving their ability to have a voice. They can take part in initiatives in their own communities and towns, as well as planning and delivering activities for their peers and younger children. They will also have the option to take part in vocational training. Young Volunteers can get involved with fundraising for events and will get help with employment skills and some even go on to become Youth Workers.

Kidz Konnekt work closely with Teesside University and their ‘Voluntees’ Programme to offer successful applicants the opportunity to work alongside qualified youth workers to gain relevant experience and training in a supportive environment. If you are a student at Teesside University you can apply through ‘Voluntees’ on the Teesside University website or you can contact us for a volunteers application form on the information below.
